Gone are the days when Kassandra had to juggle a multitude of Excel files — annotating, modifying, updating and e-mailing them. Before implementing SIGMA-HR’s HCM solution, she and her team managed appraisals and interviews on paper, which meant tedious filing and a lot of back-and-forth with the parties involved. “It was a cumbersome process that required a lot of effort,” says Kassandra. “But now it’s different!”


SIGMA-HR has changed everything. Internal processes, whether it’s taking notes for new employees, sending out reminders, or managing salary and vacation changes, are now managed seamlessly.

I communicate directly with managers to keep them informed in real time of the progress of candidates,” explains Kassandra.


After each telephone interview with a candidate, she updates the results in the SIGMA-HR software, enabling the relevant manager to monitor the process. “This boosts our overall efficiency and improves the service we provide to managers and other departments. I have received positive feedback from managers. They really appreciate this feature,” she adds.
